Expect total immersion in those elements that will really wow your clients and unlock the true potential within your business. Workshop sessions begin at 10 and close at 5 with beautiful food and smoothies to sustain us. Pre-breakfast yoga is available each day should you want to stretch your body before putting your mind to work.

Each day we will also set aside time for Open Forum Sessions. Your opportunity to discuss and resolve live issues from your businesses.

The Schedule

You’ll receive a full itinerary along with a pre-retreat workbook a few weeks before we fly, but to give you a flavour of what’s in store, here’s the plan.


A little time to flop before we put you to work on focus is an essential luxury to make that mental and physical shift and get ready for the magic to begin. Check in any time from 2pm and spend your time as you choose.

Chill by the pool, explore Cal Reiet’s beautiful gardens or take a stroll into Santanyi village. Indulge in a beauty treatment*, splash in the waves at the beach or just take some time to wind down, clear your head and prepare for an intensive three days of workshops.

Fiona will be poolside from 2pm should you wish to chat informally. At 5pm the fun begins, with a welcome from Fiona followed by a session with the wonderful Elizabeth Cairns that will kick off our retreat in true style. Expect goosebumps and lots of lightbulb moments!

We’ll share an informal alfresco cocktail, a healthy, three course dinner with a couple of glasses of wine included before heading early to bed and ready for the next instalment!


What would you be doing if nothing were standing in your way? What projects would you be working on? We’ll be joined by the incredible Caz Harrison, who will share her insights on creating communications that win you work: from proposals and services brochures to presenting your work with style. Caz’s company is fully booked six months ahead so clearly, she knows a thing or two about this sort of thing.


You know where you want to be: now it’s time to set plans in to action to take your communications up a level. How do you tell your story, demonstrate the value in what you do and build your tribe? Fiona will lead an inspirational and highly practical session on celebrating your unique style and using social media to win work without resorting to cringe-tactics.

Trend forecaster and internationally acclaimed mood-boarding professional Gudy Herder will be joining us to lead a practical mood boarding session that will enable you to create a tangible and beautiful vision for your business. Gudy will inspire you with a whole range of practical and beautiful techniques for mood-boarding that you can take into your own creative practice.


Gather the momentum you need to hit the ground running when you return home in our final workshop session that will leave you invigorated, inspired and crystal clear about what happens next.

Caroline is the founder of Making Waves Creative: a boutique brand styling agency based on the beautiful Devon coast. I’ve known Caz for what feels like forever. We worked together in my last business so our ideas are prettty closely meshed. She is an incredible designer and an ambitious entrepreneur. Caz’s work features highly in Brand Brilliance and I know you are going to get so much from her.

YOUR FLIGHTS TO PALMA AIRPORT in Majorca. Palma is an easy flight from many European cities. Those of you travelling from further afield may need to change in London or Barcelona perhaps. Lucky you- two trips for the price of one perhaps!

TRANSFERS FROM THE AIRPORT Santanyi is around a 40 minute taxi ride from Palma airport. I’ll set up a private Facebook group so that you can discuss lift shares with your fellow classmates.

Cal Reiet is a breathtakingly beautiful, laidback-luxe retreat in the village of Santanyi on the south east coast of Majorca. Just fifteen minutes walk from the beach, set in an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds and surrounded by fields, the hotel is a real haven of tranquillity.

From the moment you enter the gates you know you’ve arrived somewhere special. Effortlessly stylish rooms, warm and inviting living spaces and a lush garden will ensure you feel fully rejuvenated as well as having plenty of Instagram fodder. I mean, seriously, just look at those bathrooms!
You can choose between a single occupancy room (spaces are limited) or to share a twin room with a fellow classmate. Either way, these rooms are utterly gorgeous.
